Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd. ("Japfa Vietnam") celebrated its 30th anniversary in Ho Chi Minh City, welcoming the Ambassador of Indonesia to Vietnam, the Vice Minister of Agriculture and Environment, provincial and city leaders, and a wide gathering of partners and customers. The milestone reaffirms Japfa's long-term commitment to helping build a modern, sustainable livestock industry in Vietnam.

Since first investing in the country in 1996, Japfa has developed one of Vietnam's most fully integrated Feed–Farm–Food value chains, today operating eight feed and aqua-feed mills, four central hatcheries, and working with more than 1,400 partner farms.

Mr. Renaldo Santosa, Executive Chairman & CEO of Japfa Group, said: "Vietnam is the Group's centre of excellence for swine, alongside strong feed and poultry operations. Thirty years of shared growth teach us one thing above all else: growth is only worth building if it lasts. We continue investing in innovation, technology and sustainable farming systems to support the long-term development of Vietnam’s livestock industry."

Vietnam is entering a critical phase of transformation in agriculture and animal husbandry. The national livestock development strategy toward 2030 envisions large-scale farming models contributing the majority of production output. The roadmap to eliminate antibiotic growth promoters is approaching. Export markets are also demanding greater traceability and transparency across the value chain. Against this backdrop, Mr. Clemens Tan, General Director of Japfa Vietnam, affirmed: ”Japfa Vietnam is not standing outside of it — we choose to move with it and help lead it."
Entering its fourth decade, Japfa Vietnam names cost leadership, value creation, and people development as the three pillars for its next phase of growth, guided by its enduring purpose of "Growing Towards Mutual Prosperity."
