    Japfa recognised on TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2025 List

    September 23, 2025

    Singapore, 23 September 2025 – Japfa has been recognised by TIME Magazine as one of the World’s Best Companies 2025.

    Japfa is one of 49 Food & Beverage companies acknowledged worldwide and one of only 11 Singapore-based companies included in this year’s global list.

    The ranking, compiled by TIME in in partnership with Statista, highlights 1,000 top performing companies from around the world across three dimensions: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency.

    Japfa’s inclusion reflects its role as a leading Asian agri-food producer and the commitment of its 38,000 employees to deliver nutritious, safe and affordable protein to millions every day. Through its integrated value chain - from feed to farm to table - Japfa contributes close to 20% of the protein in its key markets.

    Sustainability is central to Japfa’s growth journey. The company was the first poultry producer in Indonesia to conduct and environmental Life Cycle Assessment and the first in the world to conduct a Social Life Cycle Assessment as part of a United Nations’ project. Japfa also issued the world’s first sustainability-Linked Bond in the agri-food sector. Japfa also invest in people development, providing training programmes and growth opportunities, while fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.
